An opportunity has opened at Dixon Homes for an Administrative Assistant to join our team located at our Aspley Office. Full Time working hours working off a rotating roster including weekends.
We are looking for someone who possesses the below qualities;
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Computer Skills (Microsoft Office, Gmail etc.)
* Reliable
* Willingness to work in a team environment
* Previous phone experience talking to Customers
Duties include but are not restricted to;
* Answering telephones
* Responding to emails
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, completing general duties given to them in a specified time frame and willingness to work in a team environment
