We have a rare opportunity for a Legal Administrator to join the team. As our client base continues to grow, we are looking to grow our administration team. The role
We are looking for a professional and well-presented Legal Administration Assistant . This role is extremely important to our business and we are looking for a candidate who has 1years’ experience in a similar role and environment, such as Administration work, or Reception/Administration work for a Law firm or Real Estate would be advantageous or someone with a keen eye for detail.
Full-time position, but would consider school hours (5 days per week) or 4 days per week for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for opening files, data entry, client contact, administration, and some legal secretarial duties, supporting the office and the legal team to continue to deliver exceptional services to all clients. The role will suit someone who is willing to upskill and is looking for professional development. We want to support you to grow and be the best that you can be. Ideally, as you become established in the role and company you will be able to assist our clients at a higher level.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering the telephone, responding to basic questions
- Opening files
- Sending paperwork to clients
- Inbox management, responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments
- Post and Courier implementation
- General administration
- Legal secretarial support.
Skill and Experience
We are seeking a proactive team member who has a minimum of 1 years’ experience to join this fantastic team or someone with a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will also have/be
- Prior Secretarial experience highly desirable.
- Prior Law Firm or Real Estate Experience is highly desirable
- Typing skills of 60-70 wpm
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suites
- An analytical eye for detail
- Solution focused mindset
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong team orientation and attitude
- Keen to grow and learn
- Flexible
- Dedicated to providing quality and exceptional service to clients.
- Use of Leap Cloud software would be a high advantage
- Willing to work extra hours when needed.
