Opportunity for growth within the role Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Provide day to day admin support and service for QUBE’s Transport and port Operations Answering phones and greeting visitors Efficient data entry Foster positive working relationships with the workforce and external relationships with suppliers Accounts payable duties Qualifications and Experience Minimum of 2 years office experience Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
