About the Opportunity
The Administration Assistant role provides high quality support to our small team. From data entry to travel bookings, this is an opportunity to use your strong organisational skills for a wide range of activities for University students receiving support from the organisation, academics, and scientific staff as part of our long standing association with ANSTO (the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation).
Work will be offered to the Casual Pool members at varied times throughout the year, particularly during student scholarship application rounds and when key events are scheduled.
Your Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing timely and accurate support with administration and event planning activities.
- Stakeholder customer service via email, telephone and face to face
- Support work activities of the management team
