About HealthJoy Therapy
We are a community-based organisation and we currently provide mobile allied health services (physiotherapy and exercise physiology services) across Sydney. We provide services to: elderly clients, NDIS participants with a disability, and private clients with injuries. We are a friendly, caring, and committed team. We are seeking a receptionist to join our team to provide administrative support. We are looking for someone who is able to work 3 - 4 days a week, 22.5 hours to 30 hours. We are open to part-time, casual, or contract-based work arrangements.
Your Next Career Move
We are looking for someone to provide a professional, friendly and efficient experience for all HealthJoy Therapy clients, carers and referrers, as well as support our back office with administration duties. You will be able to enjoy the flexibility of working at the comfort of your own home.
More specifically, some of your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):
- Booking clients and ensuring an efficient diary schedule for therapists
- Answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner
- Triaging phone calls and transferring to the most appropriate person
- Processing invoice and payment
- Communicating and providing support to the wider HealthJoy Therapy team
- Front line conflict resolution handling
- Accurately entering all required data in the practice management system for new and existing patients
- Creating new client files and welcome packs
- Uploading documents
This role has scope for growth and development with the opportunity to be trained for involvement in many other aspects of the practice.
You will report directly to the Operational Manager and work closely with all members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated care of our clients. We employ a team of skilled Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.
About you:
- Significant customer service experience
- A strong administration background, preferably in a rehab center or medical practice environment but not essential
- Able to multi-task and enjoy problem solving
- A positive, friendly and reassuring manner
- Experience with NDIS and health or disability would be an asset but not essential as on the job training is provided
- Able to speak Cantonese and Mandarin (preferred but optional)
- Able to hold yourself accountable and get things done at your own home
