We are located at THE HUB, a brand new complex in Gregory Hills, with access to a range of services within our complex such as restaurants, cafes, gyms, beauty, banks and more.
We are a busy clinic that offers Osteopathy, Psychology, Remedial Massage, Naturopathy and Physiotherapy services.
We are looking for an exceptional casual receptionist to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for all patients and will facilitate the smooth running of the clinic. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- Serve as the point of contact at reception – communicating and liaising with patients
- Book and confirm appointments
- Manage patient waitlist
- Ensure opening and closing checklists are completed
- Answer new patient enquiries
- Perform end of day reconciliation
- Manage a limited retail inventory (ordering stock as required, etc)
- Help organise and coordinate special events (CPD classes, workshops, etc)
- Ensure the clinic is clean and organised at all times
- Liaise with case managers and reconcile invoicing for WorkCover patients
- Process and manage patients Medicare & DVA rebates
- Contribute to the clinics social media accounts
- Ensure website is up to date
- Provide support to the Directors as required
The right candidate for this role will be adaptable and able to manage many tasks. You are a fast learner, highly organised and enjoy implementing systems and processes to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. The perfect candidate would have;

- Excellent communication skills - on the phone, by email and in person
- A high level of time management, organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Experience working in a clinic/allied health setting (preferred but not essential).
- Confidence in liaising with practitioners and staff members
