We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Assistant with a focus on human resources to assist our HR department. This role would suit a young individual studying HR at university looking for a part-time role.
Role Duties
- Assist with maintaining and uploading employee records.
- Assist with coordinating inductions for employees.
- Assist with writing position descriptions and scheduling performance reviews.
- Assist recruitment with screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Assist with other HR related tasks.

Requirements for this role include:
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Currently undertaking a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great time management, organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Competent in computer and typing skills
- Competent using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Driver's License
