This is a full-time office based administrative assistant role to support a Partner and Solicitor.
Role
This role is based in the Sydney CBD, is permanent with an immediate start.
The primary functions of the role are:
- Diary Management
- Assisting with preparation of monthly bills;
- Outside clerk work when required;
- Photocopying, binding, filing and archiving;
- Some reception duties
Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a legal office environment
- Working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel skills
- Organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
Salary
Remuneration will be based on the experience and capability of the successful candidate.
