This mid-sized CBD based firm specialises in commercial and property law, local government and environmental related matters. It origins in this sector are long established and the practice has a highly respected reputation for its legal expertise in these issues.

This is a full-time office based administrative assistant role to support a Partner and Solicitor.

Role

This role is based in the Sydney CBD, is permanent with an immediate start.

The primary functions of the role are: 

  • Diary Management
  • Assisting with preparation of monthly bills;
  • Outside clerk work when required;
  • Photocopying, binding, filing and archiving;
  • Some reception duties

Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a legal office environment
  • Working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel skills
  • Organisational skills 
  • Strong attention to detail

Salary

Remuneration will be based on the experience and capability of the successful candidate.
