PWR is currently looking for an experienced "Administration Assistant" to join our Fire Division. The purpose of the role at PWR is to assist the team in the on-boarding and mobilisation of staff to various clients’ sites across the state.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Arrange travel booking for staff to and from various sites
- Coordinate, request and acquire required mobilisation documentation and approvals required for site access
- Arrange client inductions
- Organise training courses as required
- Coordinate supply of PPE to site based personnel
- Liaison with PWR clients and suppliers via phone, email and in person.
- Update labour planner as regularly as required
- Ensure clear communication between managers, coordinators, employees and clients
- Assist Operations Manager with documentation and quality control
- Experience in a similar role previously
- Familiarity with mining industries
- Strong communication skills
- Strong negotiation, influencing and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Personal drive and results-orientation
