Administration Assistant

PWR (Paull & Warner Resources) provide various sectors with a comprehensive range of products that encapsulate all aspects of the “First Response” industry, covering fire suppression, emergency response vehicles, rescue equipment, emergency response training and personnel hire.
 
PWR is currently looking for an experienced "Administration Assistant" to join our Fire Division. The purpose of the role at PWR is to assist the team in the on-boarding and mobilisation of staff to various clients’ sites across the state.
 
Your duties will include but are not limited to:

•  Arrange travel booking for staff to and from various sites
• Coordinate, request and acquire required mobilisation documentation and approvals required for site access
• Arrange client inductions
• Organise training courses as required
• Coordinate supply of PPE to site based personnel
• Liaison with PWR clients and suppliers via phone, email and in person.
• Update labour planner as regularly as required
• Ensure clear communication between managers, coordinators, employees and clients
• Assist Operations Manager with documentation and quality control

The successful applicant will have a number of the following attributes:

• Experience in a similar role previously
• Familiarity with mining industries
• Strong communication skills
• Strong negotiation, influencing and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
• Personal drive and results-orientation

This role will require the right applicant to undertake a wide array of duties and balance the needs of various clients on a day-to-day basis.
