What You Will Be Doing
This role encompasses administration duties inclusive of data entry, maintenance of records, bed reconciliation, ordering and deliveries. The role also includes reception and greeting clients and their families currently at the Yuille st Frankston site but may be based at other sites to meet future needs of the expanding service.
The Administration Assistant will be assisting the Infant, Child and Youth Service team as well as the Prevention and Recovery centres for both youth and adult sites and providing support to the Perinatal Program. This position is based at Yuille st Frankston but the successful applicant will need to be available to travel to other sites. The role is 24 hours across 3 days per week.
Peninsula Health currently has an opportunity for an experienced administration staff member to join our Mental Health team on a Permanent Part Time basis. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, the Administration Assistant will assist the Infant Child and Youth team and other teams within the community programs
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Intermediate to advanced ability to use MS office suite of programs
expertise with software packages CMI, iPM and DMR
• Ability to prepare letters, emails and reports using clear, concise and grammatically correct language
• Extensive administration experience and switchboard functions
• Ability to plan, organise and deliver on competing work demands
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment as well as independently
• Current Victorian Driver’s licence

*Please refer to salary circular VICTORIAN PUBLIC MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021 – 2024 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
