Thames Migration is a boutique immigration firm with offices in both UK and Australia. We advise small businesses and large corporates, and high net worth clients on Australian and UK migration matters.
The role will be fast-paced and deadline-driven. Attention to detail is essential.
Key responsibilities (but not limited too)
- Assist migration agents in preparing and completing visa forms under the supervision of our registered migration agents
- Liaising with clients to collect documentation from both Australian and UK based clients
- Assisting clients to prepare statements
- Manage data entry using Migration Manager software & CRM
- General Administrative assistance
- Attending to queries and emails
- Scheduling meetings, consultations and deadlines
- Taking meeting notes
- taking payment, receipting and invoicing clients (preferred not essential)
- Managing our teams calendar and Directors diary and travel plans
- General office administration duties
Experience & Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail & time management
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Able to prioritise tasks with a fast-moving caseload
- Excellent computer skills
- A quick learner with a "can-do" attitude
- Confident and proactive when dealing with clients
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in migration and/or related industries. Would suit candidate with completion of Graduate Certificate in Migration Law (or currently pursuing).
The successful candidate will be looking to develop new business skills, have a keen interest in learning and helping others.
Work from home arrangements possible after training period.
