- Information handling and data entry, including all aspects of invoicing.
- General office/administration duties.
- Manage fortnightly payroll and all accounts payable/receivable, including follow up and record of outstanding accounts.
- Make travel and accommodation bookings in line with given itinerary.

The ideal applicant will someone who can demonstrate the following:
- High level communication skills to effectively liaise with NQES staff, clients and suppliers and ability to respond to telephone, verbal and written requests.
- Excellent organisation and initiative to coordinate own work routine and monitor own completion of allocated tasks in a timely manner.
- Reliable and punctual with high attention to detail and pride in work.
Xero and ServiceM8 experience desirable though not essential - training and upskilling opportunities available.
