How You’ll Shine
The Administration Assistant is responsible for supporting the Resort Management team, in turn contributing toward the smooth and efficient operation of the Resort.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Ordering of consumables, Food, Beverages and Linen
- Reconciling daily banking & payments
- Following up outstanding documentations and associated tasks with each Head of Department
- Assist in conducting OH&S and Quality Assurance Audits
- Provide general support throughout the property at the direction of the Resort General Manager
