Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handle ATO lodgements through the online portal
- Review client compliance correspondence, including assessments
- Set up and maintain clients and contact details in the AEPM database
- Backup corporate affairs, including operating the practice management system, setting up and monitoring client contracts, and billing reports.
- Coordinate training for Director and staff
- Book travel for Director and staff as required
- Minimum 2-3 years experience and exposure in a similar role
- Competent with MYOB AE
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel & Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ongoing internal training provided to up skill your current skills
