Training provided so you can fulfill the duties
- Assist in managing a portfolio
- Handling incoming enquiries
- Application processing
- Entering files
- Advertising
- Co-ordinating Property Maintenance
- Conversing with clients, renters and trades people
- Insurance claims
- VCAT enquiries ad hearings
- Lease renewals
- Arrears
- General office administration duties
- Day to day to emails
- Identify sales opportunities and refer our sales team where possible
What you will have to bring to the table:
- Ideally with a valid Agents Representative certificate or Real Estate license
- A valid Police Report
- Excellent time management skills
- Good practice in making notes while or straight after completing a task.
- A warm and welcoming persona towards colleagues, subcontractors, rental providers and renters.
