About the role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced administrative superstar to join our growing team.
You will play a pivotal role supporting legal practitioners working across diverse areas of the law and will support the team and have regular client interaction.
The role is an incredible opportunity for a self-starter to thrive in a dynamic environment. As the trusted support for our legal practitioners, you will play a crucial role in the management of litigation, primarily in the Supreme Court, District Court, and Federal Court.
From managing calendars and coordinating meetings, to crafting legal documents and providing exceptional client service, your contributions will be valued and recognised.

Being proactive in anticipating and meeting the needs of both our clients and the legal team is an essential aspect of this role. Your enthusiasm and dedication will ensure you create a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
The role is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be working in our incredible 5-star Sydney CBD office.
Daily duties will include:
- Delivering support to legal practitioners.
- Providing exceptional administrative support including calendar management, document preparation, and electronic and hard copy file management.
- Creating, editing, and proofreading legal documents, Court documents, subpoena, correspondence, and reports.
- Preparation of briefs to Counsel.
- Scheduling and setting up virtual and in-person meetings and appointments.
- Coordinating mediations, conferences, and travel arrangements with precision and attention to detail.
- Generation of retainer agreements.
- Processing and reconciling invoices in line with finance procedures and maintaining accurate records of receipts and tax invoices for reimbursement and payment.
- E-Court filing.
- Delivering professional and prompt client service, addressing inquiries and requests.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Building and maintaining working relationships with the key stakeholders in our business, our clients and across our wider administration team.
About you
To be successful in this role our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Depth of experience as an administrative or Team Assistant in a legal setting.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal practice management software (Open Practice and Worldox, advantageous but not essential)
- An ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level of attention to detail is essential.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential matters.
