Job DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated team player who is passionate about customer service and building relationships. The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm and initiative with a drive to support their team and their career.The role will require you to provide administration support to our Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.
Role Responsibilities include:- General Administrative tasks including, emails, calls & reporting
- Booking clinician appointments
- Manage administrative tasks related to the coordination of NDIS plans, service agreements and funding.
- Liaising with both new and existing participants and families
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
- Updating participant information details within database
- Looking after compliance and documentation

- Previous experience in a customer service or administration focused role

- Ability to take initiative and work within a supportive team environment
- Experience in the NDIS Disability sector is essential
