Are you a detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional organisation skills and a keen eye for accuracy?
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, focusing on minute taking, preparation and distribution of board packs in addition to general administration tasks.
Located in Canning Vale this role works Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Moreover, you will:
- Proficiently capture and document critical meeting discussions and decisions through precise minute taking.
- Manage the scheduling of meetings, prioritising Board-level coordination, and adeptly preparing comprehensive agendas.
- Draft and circulate communications across the company as directed and necessary.
- Facilitate business travel arrangements and bookings.
- Managing business expense reconciliation processes.
- Proactively identify areas for process enhancement and implementing improvements where necessary.
- Perform general office administration, support and coordination duties as required.
The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this, they will have:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant capacity is required.
- Proven ability to develop high-quality documentation.
- Outstanding experience and knowledge in Foxit Editor and the MS Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel).
- Ability to accurately record meeting minutes with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time management skills are necessary for effective liaison with Executive members and stakeholders.
- Must demonstrate the ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of working effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.
