We are currently looking to hire a full time Administration Assistant to join our small team in our Osborne Park office.
We are looking for a person who will be open to work in a dynamic environment and with various departments within our WA office to ensure we deliver the best quality outcomes for our Clients and technicians.
Desirable experience and skills:
- Document filing
- Ordering
- Helping manage equipment logistics and movement registers
- Data reconciliation
- Basic accounting including statement checks and data entry
- Working within a quality assurance ISO9001 system
- Inventory management
- Working with SAP or other MRP system
Applicant must have:
- Have worked with basic databases
- Be highly organised and able to work in a dynamic environment where there can be administrative changes required
- Proficiency with MS word
- Good time management
- Experience using the basic functions of Excel
- Experience with basic invoicing or data reconciliation
Pay rates based on experience and suitability.
