Brisbane Shade & Sails is a leading shade sail company with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. We are seeking a motivated and organised Administration Assistant to join our friendly team.
This position is a full-time position; Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm.
Duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Coordinate and schedule jobs and quotes using our work platform.
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage and organise office files, documents, and records.
- Greet and assist clients and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist with the ordering of stock and hardware as required.
- Support various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Desired skills:
- Excellent customer service and a professional, personable telephone manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasant and positive demeanour
- Fast learner and ability to learn our products and services
- No experience with shade sails necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
