Our client, a logistics provider seeks an Administration Assistant to be based in their office in Northern suburb of Melbourne.

- Generating and preparing documentation to send to clients.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Maintain the daily staff attendance sheet.
- Efficiently monitor and manage emails.
- Scan and file documents using automated systems.
- Collaborate with operations staff as needed.
- Arrange and set up meetings.
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Work core business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Previous experience in a similar role/capacity
- Good administration and customer service skills
- Solid computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong planning, coordinating and organisational skills.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
- Hands-on approach with a high attention to detail
- Works well independently with minimum supervision and is also a team player.
- Potential for permanent position after 3 months on a casual contract.
