Keisan Refrigeration is a small Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration company that, carries out work on a wide range of equipment for a varied range of clientele.
Qualifications & experience
- Administration experience -with a particular focus on attention to details.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills including the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Good interpersonal verbal communication skills with a high level of motivation and initiative.
- Strong work ethic.
- Experience using MYOB software desriable.
- Competent use of computers and to be able to learn and master new applications that the organisation uses.
- Experience in filing, creditors, debtors. General office admin and housekeeping.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Outlook, Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Tasks & responsibilities
- Data entry of time-sheets and purchases.
- Receipting and updating of invoices and purchase orders.
- Receiving and dispatching delivery paperwork.
- Maintain management system registers and document control.
- Maintain team members, site inductions and license's.
- Follow up team members for paperwork and reporting requirements.
- Undertake ad-hoc, initiatives, tasks as required by the management team.
- Provide administration support to all team members and management.
