APG is currently seeking experienced Administration Clerks for a privately owned wholesale food distributor that supplies fresh & frozen premium Beef, Lamb, Poultry, Pork & Seafood products to Pubs, Clubs, Restaurants and Caterers on the Mid North Coast.
1 x Full time position1 x part time position
The Role:

• General administration (Raising Purchase Orders, Purchasing Stock
• Customer service / Sales calls to clients
• General office/admin/sales to current clients
• Emails and Reporting
• Liaising with subcontractors and drivers
• Record Keeping & Record Management
• Data Entry & File management
• Handling phone calls/emails
• Liaising with senior representatives in a professional manner

Essential Criteria

• Strong Administration skills
• Strong Customer service skills
• Proactive team member, capable of working under pressure in a busy and challenging environment
• Effective time management abilities to meet strict deadlines and targets
• Experience in Food/Wholesale industry - highly regarded
• Excellent computer skills
• Full Driving Licence
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
