Penrith Mazda Centre is a family owned and operated large and progressive motor vehicle dealership located in Penrith.
We are currently in search of a candidate to fill the important role of Administration Clerk with Accounting skills in our Admin Department.
This is an accounting role in the Admin Department primarily responsible for the processing of New, Used and Wholesale Vehicle sales into our DMS. The successful candidate will be highly organised, have a positive attitude and a good attention to detail.
Other responsibilities of the role will include:
Balance sheet account reconciliations, vehicle factory claims management, vehicle profit and sales commission calculation and assistance to the Financial Controller.
To be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following attributes.
- Previous accounting and admin experience in the Automotive Industry.
- Demonstrate accuracy in administration and accounting functions.
- Experience in general office administration.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good computer literacy skills.
- Be able to multitask and demonstrate willingness to multi-skill.
- Be well organised, display professionalism and good personal presentation.
- Engage positively with other department staff.
