RSL LifeCare is looking for an Administration Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Executive General Manager and General Manager of Veteran Services. This pivotal role enhances the efficiency of our services and impacts every aspect of our service delivery.
As our Administration Coordinator, you will:
- Support senior management through a variety of administrative tasks, managing databases and handling sensitive information.
- Provide vital administrative support to our leadership team, enhancing strategic initiatives and operational efficiencies.
- Oversee documentation, data management, and preparation for meetings and presentations.
- Manage scheduling, travel, and logistical planning.
- Support reporting systems and ensure data entry and timely communications across platforms.
- Gain exposure to business operations and play a role in supporting the operational needs of the Veteran Services department.
- Demonstrate versatility by adapting to various business needs and contributing to multiple projects and departments.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality, becoming a trusted asset to our leadership and broader team.
