Role Overview:
As the People & Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our People Team and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment: Resume screening, scheduling interviews, candidate communications, reference checks, interstate and international staff coordination and recruitment, administer staff sharing agreements.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for casual employees utilising our workforce management platform
- Rostering: Rostering of casual employee shifts and timesheet approvals
- Uniforms: Coordinating the supply and distribution of staff uniform
- Fieldwork: Opportunities available for the right candidate
This is a part-time role with hours negotiable over 3-5 days per week.
What We’re Looking For:
- Organisational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
