Your new role As an Administration Coordinator, you'll be working on our largest Federal Government Account. You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Account Manager. This will include inbox management and prompt acceptance of work orders or work order revisions, first point of contact for enquires, collating compliance documentation, resolve discrepancies and liaise with the compliance team and/or the payroll department. In this role, you will also be responsible for collecting applications for the client, reviewing and amending invoices. What you'll need to succeed
You will have exceptional communications skills both verbal and written with the ability to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders. You will also have the capacity to prioritise conflicting tasks, meet deadlines, be highly organised and have attention to detail. Most importantly, you will be proactive and have problem solving skills with the capability to handle difficult or unexpected situations.
You will have a demonstrated track record in fostering strong relationships, well-developed commercial acumen and exemplary client service. Your drive, energy and enthusiasm will ensure your success. Your positive mindset, diligence, mature approach, together with a sense of humour will ensure you navigate even the most challenging of situations. What you'll get in return
