The Position
- We’re looking for an Administration Coordinator to join our Canberra team.
- You will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Project Support Manager with end to end project delivery requirements, providing a range of project startup, project management and support services to ensure project outcomes are achieved
- Leading general office administration.
Attributes
Ideally you will have:
- 2+ years of applicable work experience in an office administration role
- Strong self-motivation and a pro-active approach to your work
- Organisation and time management skills
- Enjoy continual learning and working on a broad range of tasks
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
Training and Development
NDY have a strong focus on the development of our staff and training will be a key element of this development whether on internal or external training courses. We will develop a career plan for each staff member that will focus on core elements of your role to provide you with a clear progression in your career path.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of projects from Healthcare facilities through to commercial office developments and retail developments, both as new build and refurbishments.
