This is perfect if you have proven Customer Service experience (can be retail/hospitality/childcare background etc) or basic administration/coordination experience where you have the transferable skills but just need to be given the opportunity to prove yourself.
This role is available for an immediate start and for approximately 3 months on a temporary basis. This is a part-time position school hours Monday to Friday (10.30am to 2.30pm daily).
All you need is the right attitude, outstanding Customer Service and communication skills plus the ability to pick up internal computer systems as you will be using multiple computer systems/portals. Full training will be provided!
PLEASE NOTE - you must have your own transport as there is no suitable public transport for this location (free street parking is available).
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Liaise with customers in relation to their requirements
- Take detailed information whilst speaking to customers and enter this information into database or various portals
- Coordinate and schedule trades/assessors liaising with both the trades and the customer
- Must be computer literate and able to pick up systems
- Document preparation (use of templates)
- Basic email correspondence
- Liaise with various internal and external contacts
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have solid Customer Service experience in a fast paced and busy environment and have the following attributes:
- You have energy, drive and are love to help customers!
- Proven solid experience in Customer Service requiring excellent organisational and time management skills
- We highly encourage candidates with a strong hospitality, retail or similar background wanting to take the leap into an office!
- Thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Confident communication skills and the ability to deal with customers over the phone or via email
- 40wpm typing and intermediate skills in MSOffice plus use of databases - must be IT savvy/able to pick up internal systems
- Available for an immediate start
- Must have own transport to be able to get to this location!
- Happy to work 4 hours a day - 10.30am to 2.30pm
