Your new company
Are you an Australian Citizen with experience in corporate administration, reception, or facilities management? If so, we invite you to be part of our dynamic team at a Federal Government Department responsible for managing bankruptcy applications. As a capable all-round administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our operations within a corporate environment.
Contract Duration: Initially a 3-month non-ongoing contract
Work Location: 5 days in the office (no work-from-home option)
Eligibility: Only Australian Citizens may apply (due to government requirements)
Clearance:A Baseline Clearance will be sponsored and processed by the Department
Your new role
As a successful candidate, you'll be an experienced corporate administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing varied administration and customer support
Organising meeting rooms, booking site events, and coordinating catering
Managing travel bookings
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Maintaining visitor and pass registers
Keeping site contact lists and seating plans up to date
Handling Cab Charge administration and reconciliation
Managing incoming and outgoing mail services
Coordinating accommodation, security, and facility maintenance as needed
Providing financial contract management services (delivery receipting) and quarterly site operations statistics
Acting as the local point of contact for archiving requests and electronic records management
