A leading technology distributor is looking a pro-active Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Kurnell.
The Role;
- Handle high volume incoming orders through various channels.
- Address enquiries and provide assistance related to orders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of order-related activities.
- Updating databases, tracking systems and generating reports.
- Liaise with various internal teams e.g warehouse staff / couriers
- Handle high volume customer payments and collaborating with finance departments.
- Proficient computer and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently
- Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner
- Well spoken with a good phone manner
- Strong data entry and administration skills
- Experience in processing high volume orders
- Previous experience within Distribution desired
- Must be a Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen
- ASAP start
