About the role
We are seeking an Administration Manager for a major infrastructure project based in Armadale, WA. Reporting to the People Leader, your role will be to ensure that adequate and effective support is available to the project and project management team from an administrative perspective, ensuring all site administration tasks are executed in a timely and organised manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Administration & Office Management policies and procedures are established and maintained.
- Manage Procure to Pay, Payroll and Travel & Accommodation for the project to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate, train, supervise and manage the Administration team to effectively carry out their roles & responsibilities.
- Administration support to Project Leadership team as required, including set up of weekly program/project updates, meeting minutes taking, formatting and distribution of project-wide communications (reports, correspondence, presentations etc)
- Walk through office to complete house audits regularly, update and remove information posters and organise office maintenance, cleaning and repairs as required.
- Administer and support asset management (allocation) including computers, mobile phones, access cards and other office equipment.
- Maintain distributions lists, seating plans, car park allocations and project organisational charts.
About you
- Significant prior experience in a similar Administration Manager or Senior Administration role within the construction industry
- Experience managing and mentoring a team
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- A high level of organisational and time management skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment with a proactive and adaptable attitude
- An ability to exercise discretion and protect confidentiality whilst maintaining an approachable attitude
- An ability to liaise effectively within all levels of the site team.
