Our client is an impressive property firm with a high net worth portfolio and well established relationships in the Perth market. Due to continued growth, they now have a newly created role for an experienced Executive Assistant within their team supporting the Director and Asset Management division.
Your Duties
- Producing presentations and reports
- Handling all aspects of lease administration for their retail properties
- Managing and coordinating meetings
- Creating agendas and taking minutes
- Rent reviews and option notices
- Letter of offers and disclosure statements
- Updating schedules
- Handling permits and development plans
- Assisting with lease renewals and variations
- Strong administration experience (essential)
- Experience working within the property sector
- Experience handling retail leases
- Knowledge of the retail leases act (WA)
- Medium to advanced computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and a high attention to detail
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal
- Great interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A flexible approach to work and an ability to work well under pressure
- Collaborative and have a team player approach
