Job Summary:
As the Business Administration Manager at Wilde & Woollard, you will be instrumental in ensuring the operation and growth of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include shaping compelling proposals, maintaining the efficient functioning of the office, and addressing HR matters. From tailoring CVs for impactful proposals to organising daily tasks and fostering a positive workplace environment, your multifaceted role is pivotal in sustaining Wilde & Woollard's success. Key Responsibilities:
1. Proposal Management:
- Efficiently organise and respond to tenders, tailoring CVs for submissions.
- Collaborate closely with directors to gather information for submissions.
2. Administration and Management:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless office functioning.
- Coordinate team activities, events, and cultural initiatives for a positive work environment.
- Manage compliance duties, staying updated on panel information and quality assurance requirements.
3. Human Resources:
- Handle various HR tasks, proactively addressing issues, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Assist in strategic resourcing for upcoming projects, maintaining accurate resourcing charts.
4. Initiative-Driven Collaboration:
- Infuse energy and culture into the office.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach, enhancing processes for continuous growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in private sector roles, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Proven experience in proposal and tender management.
- Excellent report writing skills and basic math and arithmetic skills.
- Strong Organisational and communication skills.
- Initiative-driven with a collaborative mindset.
