NDIS Plan Management Administration Officer - Entry Level
We are seeking an Administration Officer to join the Plan Management team.
It is an entry level position, with full training provided.
The role involves:
- Accessing the NDIA portal on behalf of participants
- Claiming funds from the relevant budgets
- Paying invoices on behalf of participants.
Ideally you will come from a finance background and will have excellent numeracy skills. General IT skills would also be advantageous.
You will need to be familiar with the Office suite of products and ideally have previous data entry/accounts experience. Great attention to detail and accuracy are a must. You will also need to feel comfortable following up queries with participants and providers alike via telephone and email.
Potential to work from home for part of the week after 3 months.
