Job description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Property Admin Manager to join our team at Stockland Shellharbour.
As part of the centre management team, you will contribute to the effective operation of the team through the provision of efficient and effective financial and administrative support and coordination of business activities. Using your experience in stakeholder relations you will build and maintain positive relationships with our retailers.
This is a full-time permanent role (38 hours per week), usually working Monday - Friday. You will work alongside the Centre Management team to ensure that there is sufficient cover for the Centre which will include working one Saturday a month (with a day in lieu) and one late Thursday per month.
The Opportunity - About the Role
Your tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage the monthly billing and debtor collection process for the asset following Stockland guidelines, (including urgent dispute resolution and minimising unallocated cash)
- Calculate and prepare extended trade and other miscellaneous charges
- Manage centre accounts payable, prepare monthly accruals and monitor expenditure
- Act as point of contact for the centre for accounts payable and debtor control
- Prepare reports and provide information to head office as required
- Balance gift card funds and prepare reconciliations
- Manage the day to day administrative and support requirements for the team to the agreed standards and timeframe
- Assess incoming enquiries and correspondence, determine priorities and undertake other action/or refer as necessary
- Manage public liability incident (PLI) process for asset within Stockland guidelines.
- Lead and supervise Administration Assistant and Reception/Administrator
About You
- Prior experience in managing financial accounts (accounting / finance background will be highly regarded)
- Prior experience in property management will be highly regarded
- Understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes
- Demonstrated ability to prepare written documentation clearly and accurately
- Innovative approach to driving process efficiencies within a team
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Sound knowledge of, and experience with, computer-based systems including Microsoft Office and record management system. Experience with SAP would be highly desirable.
- Demonstrated high level administrative and organisation skills; ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Ability to exercise initiative and maintain confidentiality as required.
- High level of personal presentation
