Administration Manager - Retail/Commercial Property

Spring Professional are partnered with one of Australia's leading Retail Property & Real Estate Groups, who now have an opportunity available as Administration Manager.

This exciting administration management vacancy is available working at Head Office across predominantly a portfolio of commercial and retail property.

For this opportunity we are flexible regarding the part-time roster span, days of week.

Key responsibilities of the position:

• Manage high level administrative duties across small portolfio of retail, commercial and industrial.
• Lease set up, renewals, vacates, expiries and options
• Process electricity, water and gas and generate recharges to tenants
• Coordinating budgets and forecasting
• Managing tenant insurances and bank guarantees
• Management of onsite superintendant
• Centre projects relevant to the role

Ideal candidate will display:

• Min 2-3 years' experience in an Administration Management/Finance Administration role
• Retail Property experience highly regarded.
• Accounting qualification advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attitude and commitment to working as part of a team
• Excellent presentation & communication
