The Administration Manager role is to manage the operations procedures of the client lifecycle and report back to the Operations Managers and clients.
- Previous experience in an administration /operations role is essential
- Effectively handle multiple tasks and work calmly under pressure through organisation, prioritisation and multi-tasking
- Excellent team player and collaborator
- Demonstrated self-motivation and excellent initiative
- Proactive and enthusiastic to learn attitude
- Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)
- Genuinely thrives and enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced, diverse role
- Advanced skills in Microsoft excel, Outlook and Word. We work with several systems, you do need to be extremely adapt to learning new technology
- High attention to detail is crucial in this role
- Solution focused, can think on your feet quickly

No day will be the same and no job will be too small. You will report directly to our Operations Support Team Leader.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage shared mailboxes for the team and be the first point of contact for clients (manage high volume of emails)
- Data entry and updating documentation into Monday, OLC, MYOB, Safety Culture and other various systems we operate out of
- Working to client deadlines
- Develop and maintain company processes and manuals
- Managing the quotes inbox and preparing quotes and sales orders
- Build relationships with clients through executing our procedures
- Preparing monthly client reports and working with the Operations support team to complete end of month processes
- Coordinate all job orders for staff and supplier workflows
- Approve job schedules and process stock orders, invoice clients
- Assist the operations support team to process tasks within the client lifecycle process
- Onboard new clients and support the admin process for documenting contract variations
- Support the Operations Managers to attend to there client portfolio within documentation and compliance requirements
