What does the job look like?
We are seeking an Administration Manager to join our Retail team based in Truganina.
As the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration function for our transport operations ensuring the efficient processing of data, invoicing and payroll activities across our network. Working a Monday to Friday roster, you must be flexible to travel to our sites in the South-eastern suburbs from time to time.
You will be a results-oriented, detail-driven individual with excellent leadership and people management skills. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Key areas:
Ensuring time and attendance data in Workforce Dimension (Kronos) is up to date for weekly payroll and labour hire.
Ensuring sub-contractor accruals/payments are checked, validated and approved for accuracy.
Ensuring accurate invoices are raised to the Customer in line with agreed processes
Investigating invoices for disparities.
Approval of invoices prior to Customer submissions.
Issuing credits and adjustments where identified and approved.
Answering Customer queries regarding billing when necessary.
Where possible, automating the billings system and looking for areas of Continuous Improvement.
Organisation, Supervision, Training and Support of the Site Administration staff, including maintaining adequate staffing levels & ensuring leave coverage.
Provide management support to Linfox Regional & National Managers as required
Are you the one?
You will be an experienced people manager with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams to achieve high levels of performance and productivity. You will have a methodical approach to task completion, be highly organised, systematic with strong attention to detail. You can demonstrate:
Batchelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role preferably in the logistics or transport industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience in working with Time and Attendance systems
Pro-active approach to solving problems/issues whilst working with the relevant internal/external stakeholders
Results orientated, and able to work under pressure.
