Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment, coaching and performance of all administration staff
- Implement a Standard Operating Model for clinic administration processes and services
- Develop and coordinate delivery of training and development framework for administration staff
- Management of Medicare compliance and audit processes
- Oversee the delivery of excellent customer service amongst all reception staff
- Partner with operations and People teams to support the engagement and retention of clinic administration staff
- Knowledge of RIS software functions highly regarded
- Ad hoc reception responsibilities as required
