The Position
On a day-to-day basis, this role will see you completing administration, marketing, and handling a busy workload for a small, yet successful team of Agents:
- Preparing listing kits/ presentations
- Uploading properties to the internet / some ad writing
- Scheduling OFI times
- Booking print media advertising
- Compiling marketing material and brochures
- Social media management
- Appraisal letters
- Auction and Open Home preparation
- Maintaining the database
- Assisting with overflow of phones and walk in's to office
- General office duties to support the team
- Premium brand, great reputation!
- Regular industry training, and awards celebrations!
- Progression within
- Stable team
- 6+ months of previous in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Corporate presentation
