- Answering phone calls to provide Customer Service to clients

- Working with the directors to create, edit and improve systems
- Sharing ideas in team meetings
- Working with a Virtual Assistant
- Working alongside our Rostering Officer
The Essentials for this Admin Role
- 5 years experience in an administration role
- Years of experience with using a CRM
- Great organisational skills
- Experience of developing systems for the business
- Extensive MS Office experience
- Strong problem-solving skills independently
- A passion for making a difference in other people's lives
