The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the initial point of contact for our existing customers, providing top-tier support and building strong relationships. You will assist customers with any inquiries they have regarding our subscription services, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer care. This position is focused on support rather than sales, and does not involve cold calling. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the knowledge needed to effectively address and resolve customer questions.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. This involves no cold calls; all client interactions are inbound or with existing clients to deepen relationships.

Requirements:
- High school diploma required; further education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
