Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking a Front of House/Administration Assistant with an immediate start.
Duties & Responsibilities -
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting calls
- Data entry for accounts payable. Entering orders and bills.
- Greeting customers and suppliers, in a friendly and professional manner, and provide tea/coffee to visitors
- Drafting documentation and formatting, as required
- Maintaining the good order of the reception area and its cleanliness
- Kitchen duties
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by providing a high level of service delivery
- Maintain up-to-date telephone and internal extension list, program desk phones as required
- Managing the inventory of office supplies and staff amenities
- Managing the maintenance of office equipment. Including printers, copiers, scanners and other equipment
- Manage deliveries of goods and organise couriers
- Collect and distribute mail
Qualifications & Skills –
- Professional appearance with strong work ethic and demonstrated initiative, flexibility and the ability to multi-task and manage workload priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently or in a team environment as required
- Communicate clearly and concisely both in writing and verbally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- MYOB experience will be highly regarded but not a must
