SC Pumps are looking for a reliable Office Manager / Admin team member to work 3 days a week (10:00am-2:00pm).
They will undertake general administrative tasks for day to day running of the business but also working closely with service manager / owner to keep our company moving forward, grow and to bring our office setup to the next level to match our expertise in the field.
We are after someone whom can work independently with initiative but also as part of a small close knit office team made up of service manager and accounts to achieve set goals.
About Us
We have provided onsite pump repair and maintenance for high rise apartments blocks within the strata industry all over Sydney for the last 18years.
Main Responsibilities but not limited to
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Updating jobs, contacts and general work on Servicem8
- General scheduling / booking of our staff, Liasing with site contacts, building and strata managers for desired end result
- Liaising with in-house trades to ensure works are completed/re-scheduled
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage Inductions for our tradesmen
- Create and update records, procedures and databases
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- General administrative duties
- Customer Relations, Marketing and Management
- Completing client service reports & quotes
- Liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders
- Taking delivers and ordering parts
Requirements and Skills
- At least 12 months experience in a similar field or role
- Experience in Servicem8 or similar job management software
- Great phone manner & positive attitude
- Able to work in a small company environment
- Experience within another trade business or strata industry
- Experience in Microsoft programs, Google drive & apps
- Be able to take incoming deliveries and drive small forklift on rare occasion (training can be provided)
