Our Rosebud accounting firm is looking for someone to join the Office Support team, working Tuesday to Friday.
As part of the Office Support team the shared duties include:
- greeting clients
- answering incoming calls
- dealing with incoming correspondence
- using templates to create letters, forms and other documents
- invoice preparation
- communications with ATO, ASIC and other agencies
- document management
- arranging client appointments
- ordering stationery / office supplies
- various other administrative tasks as required
Minimum requirements:
- demonstrated experience working in a customer focused role
- minimum of intermediate level computer skills
- pleasant phone manner
- excellent verbal & written skills
- accurate data entry skills
- attention to detail
The salary, based on the Clerks Award and your experience, will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
