Overseeing daily office operations ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, a knack for problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Initially part time 3 days per week leading to full time or Job Share
Key Responsibilities
Day to day scheduling and answering of emails and calls
Coordinate jobs and calendars for operations
Invoicing, receipts, reconciliation of accounts, experience using Xero
Stock control, including warehouse stock
Completing post installation compliance
Skilled with Google Drive
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Reliable with an ability to multitask
Willing to learn a variety of new skills and processes
Work autonomously and as a team member
Excellent communication both written and verbal
Assist with business improvement policies and procedures
Must have:
Attention to detail and able to follow tasks through to the end

Be reliable and honest
Experience in office admin essential
