Vikcon Construction Services is one of the leading civil constructors in the renewable energy sector, specialising in the build of substations and other energy infrastructure. This role will allow you to expand your knowledge and capabilities in the civil construction space with its fast paced and varied work environment.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar role.
- Willingness to advance your skills in office administration, data entry and report typing.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise in fast moving environment.
- The ability to communicate well to internal and external stakeholders - in written form and verbally.
- Xero experience will be an advantage though not essential.
- Driver's licence and own transport is essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Communicating effectively with staff, contractors, suppliers and clients.
- Assisting the management team with day-to-day tasks as directed
- Data Entry
- Assisting with the mobilisation of staff including booking of travel including flights and accommodation.
- Providing general office support to accounts and human resources team.
- Managing project files.
- Assisting the Estimating team as required.
