This role will allow you to expand your knowledge and capabilities in the civil construction space with its fast paced and varied work environment.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar role.
- Willingness to advance your skills in office administration, data entry and report typing.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word.
- Be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise in fast moving environment.
- The ability to communicate well to internal and external stakeholders - in written form and verbally.
- Xero experience will be an advantage though not essential.
- Driver's licence and own transport is essential
Tasks & responsibilities
- Communicating effectively with staff, contractors, suppliers and clients.
- Assisting the management team with day-to-day tasks as directed
- Data Entry
- Assisting with the mobilisation of staff including booking of travel including flights and accommodation.
- Providing general office support to accounts and human resources team.
- Managing project files.
- Assisting the Estimating team as required.
