Located in Denham Court in Sydney’s Southwest, Bolton Clarke Willowdale is a newly built Residential Aged Care home that opened in October. Our beautiful home offers 136 bedrooms with a variety of accommodation options for residents.
Built over 2 levels, this premium home will include resident communal spaces such as lounges and dining areas, cinema, gym, café, salon and function room.
We are looking for an experienced Reception/Administrator with a passion to work in Aged Care to work alongside our current Senior Administrator. The available shifts include working either Saturday or Sunday each week.
The key focus of the role will be to assist with the following:
- Front desk reception/concierge
- Provide administrative support as requested
- Assisting with rostering of staff
- Resident Admission record and documentation management
- Ordering supplies as required and equipment is maintained
- Record management
- Ability to multi task in a busy environment
- Coordinate meeting, minutes and action items
To be considered for this role you will require:
- Min 2yrs experience in Reception, Administration, PA or similar position
- Aged care or health care industry experience (preferable)
- Experience with rostering processes desirable
- Intermediate technological skills with the ability to use various systems including quality management systems, internal database and Kronos payroll system
- Strong organisational skills & ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Immunisation Record – COVID booster mandatory
- Please note: Successful candidates will be required to complete a National Police Check
