We are seeking an exceptional Administration Officer who can step into a pivotal role at our Warehouse Distribution Centre. If you are highly organised and enjoy keeping accounts accurate, preparing, analysing and maintaining financial reports we want you on our team!
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and accounting functions across distribution warehouse and 3 retail stores
- Managing accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciling bank statements
- Processing debtors end of month procedures
- Ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Employee onboarding and employment contracts
- Processing fortnightly payroll and quarterly super payments
- Handling payroll queries, liaising with staff and management
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar administrative role
- Good accounting skills and proficiency in various software programs
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
